When is my utility bill due? What happens if I pay late?

Your bill is always due the 15th of each month. If you do not pay your utility bill by the due date, late fees will be assessed the following business day. If you do not pay your bill by the 23rd of the month, your utilities will be disconnected and a reconnect fee $50.00 will be assessed; you must pay the entire balance due plus the $50.00 reconnect fee to restore utility services.

Do you offer autopay for utility bills?

Yes! To register your account and sign up for autopay, go to the payment portal (“Pay Bill” button) and choose Register Now. Then locate your bill, enter your payment information and check the Autopay box. If you use e-check, autopay is FREE!

You will receive an email confirmation and can also sign up for payment reminders.

What companies provide internet service in town?

AT&T (1-844-886-4258) and NewWave (1-844-216-7493) both service the Veedersburg area.

What company supplies gas service in town?

Vectren (1-800-227-1376) services most of the Veedersburg area.

Who does trash pick-up and when do they come?

Trash pick-up is provided by T & S Trash Removal (765-866-0372) and they pick up trash every Tuesday. (Schedule is subject to change due to holidays.)

Is there recycling available?

Yes, the recycle center is Fountain County Solid Waste Plant, located at 423 Land Fill Road, Veedersburg, IN 47987 and they are open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., 765-294-2260.
